OPEN POSITION 1: Entry Level Graphic and Web Designer

Description:
We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Graphic and Web Designer with excellent design and communication skills. The ideal candidate will thrive in a very fast-paced environment, adhere to deadlines and bring a fresh creative perspective to our team.

This part-time or full-time position provides an opportunity for growth and to work with other creative professionals in related fields including designing and printing in small and large formats. All design and production is in-house so knowledge in customer service, bindery, and production is a plus. Projects will include print materials, website creation and maintenance, vehicle wrap design and printing. Full Time postions available for benefits after 90 days.

Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field (or in school applicants can apply)
• 1 or more years of experience in a similar role
• Must be knowledgeable level using the Adobe Creative Suite CS3, Digital Press Fiery's, QuarkXPress, Versaworks
• Basic skill level using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Basic skill level web design skills including Dreamweaver, Flash or Quicktime Video
• Proficiency in a Mac environment
• Experience with print, branding, illustration, photography and typography
• Ability to effectively communicate in a visual, written and verbal form

OPEN POSITION 2: Vehicle Wrap and Vinyl Installer

Description:
We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Vehicle Wrap and Vinyl Installer with excellent install and communication skills. The ideal candidate will thrive in a very fast-paced environment, adhere to deadlines and bring a fresh outgoing perspective to our team.

This contract position provides an opportunity for growth and to work with other creative professionals in related fields including designing and printing in small and large formats. All design, printing, laminating and installs of all vehicle wrpas are done in-house at our large facility in Surprise, AZ. Full Time positions available for benefits after 90 days.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of 3M controltac installation experience
• 2-3 years of vinyl installation experience to substrates
• efficient and timely application of cut and printed vinyl to substrates and vehicles
• has wrapped a minimum of 10 to 20 vehicles
• works well in a fast paced environment
• ability to solely install a complex vehicle in 1 work day (ie: PT Cruiser)
• management and training experience a HUGE plus

Responsibilities

• on & off-site graphics installation
• solely responsible for all vinyl installation, including: substrates, vehicles and store front surfaces
• inventory and ordering of installation equipment & supplies
• management & training of installation staff
• daily coordination of installation schedule with traffic manager
• attend / organize installation seminars for all staff
• ability to safely set-up and utilize ladders and scaffolding
• availability to work 20-40 hours a week, including some weekends when needed
• keep a clean and safe work environment
• assist the printing, laminating, finishing and shipping teams when available
• weed and mask cut vinyl
• trim and prepare vinyl
• Must be available to travel to other states for installs (Mostly CA, NV, AZ, TX)

OPEN POSITION 3: Entry Level Bindery / Helper

Description:
We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented bindery/helper with excellent work ethics and communication skills. The ideal candidate will thrive in a very fast-paced environment, adhere to deadlines and bring a fresh outgoing perspective to our team.

This part-time or full-time position provides an opportunity for growth and to work with other creative professionals in related fields including cutting, folding, packaging, laminating, filing, and just helping out with odd jobs around the printshop. All design, printing, bindery and production is in-house so knowledge in customer service, bindery, and production is a plus. Projects will include cutting, folding, packaging, digital press maintenance, vehicle wrap laminating and printing. This position will also help with making signs and vinyl applicaitons. Full Time postions available for benefits after 90 days.
